New Housing.

it has been realised this week that work is to commence on development land adjacent to Gleann Petit and behind The Court and The Grove.
This work consists of 32 new houses with road access through Gleann Petite. The road is to be built on part of the large green area in Gleann Petite.
The main interaction of this new development with lakepoint is a pedestrian access point at the dead end where hoarding is now situated between The Grove and The Court. This will finish off the section of the estate which had looked and been unfinished for years.
We imagine the pedestrian access will be something along the lines of where there is currently pedestrian access between The Rise and Gleann Petit.
This development is not lakepoint and is Gleann Petite with we believe to be the current builder who has built Gleann Petit to it’s high standard.
Planning permission for this site was granted on the 08/05/2016.
It had originally sought a road between lakepoint at the court but that was amended to pedestrian access only. The number of dwellings was reduced to 32 also before permission was granted.

We wish this development a speedy and safe construction with as little disturbance to all residents in The Grove and The Court.

    • Hi we don’t have an exact date bit know it will only be a matter of weeks for the first lot
