Lakepoint Residents Association fees are NOW DUE. There will be a marquee collection at the entrance of the estate. The fees are voluntary. All houses in Lakepoint Park are expected to contribute wether owner or renter. If you cannot afford to pay the 50 euro fee then please pay what you can. Every bit helps. …
