Lakepoint Residents Association fees are NOW DUE. There will be a marquee collection at the entrance of the estate. The fees are voluntary. All houses in Lakepoint Park are expected to contribute wether owner or renter.
If you cannot afford to pay the 50 euro fee then please pay what you can. Every bit helps.
This year if you pay before May 26th you will be entered into a draw for a chance to win one of 5 prizes.
The fees go towards the upkeep of the estate. Cutting of all grass areas, replacement of broken trees, planting of shrubs and flower beds.
THE COUNTY COUNCIL ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUTTING GREEN AREAS.
The association is doing its upmost best to raise the profile of Lakepoint Park and to make it an enjoyable and safe place to live for everybody. We are delighted with the support the association is getting and we will continue to represent Lakepoint on all matters of local interest.
All work by the association committee is totally voluntary. By doing this voluntary work we are keeping our estate from being ran by a management company who charge prices in the hundreds which must be payed by law. With no community benefit.
So please contribute and help keep Lakepoint Park one of the premier estates in Mullingar.
