As you may probably have noticed the estate is Looking rather “kept” lately. Many projects have come together to make a visual improvement. New lighting, tree cutting etc.
The latest works carried out has been the grass being removed from where it was encroaching on the footpath by 8 inches in some places.
The clean lines look very appealing. This has not been cheap and we endeavour to do some other areas next year to spread the cost over time.
We held the contractor back from doing grass cutting for a month or two during the dry summer where the grass was not growing at its normal rate. The savings made were held with this project in mind.
