As some of you may be aware a section of palacade fencing was damaged between lakepoint and derelict land beside the Rise at the end off the 7 acres grass section.
We have contacted the county council in assistance in repair to this fencing on health and safety ground.

The council only take over an estate to for responsibility of lighting, boundary walls, drainage, signage and public lighting.
Can we stress that the greens cutting and maintenance falls on every resident in the estate.
