We are happy to say and hope you have noticed that the first grass cutting of the season has been done.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all residents who pay the 50 euro yearly Association fee as this is what pays for the grass cutting and estate maintenance. Not the county council.
If the estate couldn’t raise the funds to cut the grass then I don’t know where we would be. In long grass I suppose 😌.
If there are any areas that are missed or not being cut please let us know and we will follow it up. The contractor cuts all large green spaces and any verges along walls. He does not cut along the road in front of property’s.
There’s nothing more to say really than we hope you enjoy our outdoor space that you help to create.
