Firstly can we start off by thanking everyone household who have paid fees this year and contributed in the grass cutting and general upkeep of the estate in doing so.
For some that don’t realise. The council DO NOT cut the grass in lakepoint. It is entirely up to the residents and landlords to cut ALL the grass in lakepoint which there is an enviable amount to other estate.
The residents association voluntarily organise this collecting of money and facilitate the management of keeping the area maintained.
Without Association fees the grass will be 6 foot tall and the estate will fall into general disrepair.
Again thanks to the many who have pulled together and paid to keep our estate looking as well as it does for another year. For the few that have not paid yet please do. Please contribute what you can. Whether how big or small it is equally appreciated.
