You may have noticed the site to the left as you drive into lakepoint has been cleared of trees this week. New hoarding has been erected and 12 new dwellings are about to be built. This will finish off the semi circular aspect of the front of lakepoint as always attended. It will get rid of the wooden hoarding and waste land and finish off the estate.
We believe the new dwellings will be called “The Poplars”.
